當使用直線運動系統(tǒng)時,必須提供良好的潤滑。如果無潤滑狀態(tài)下使用,滾動部分就會更快地磨損,因而其使用壽命會縮短。

潤滑劑具有如下功效∶

（1） 降低各運動部件之間的摩擦,從而可防止燒傷及減少磨損。

（2） 在滾動面上形成油膜以減少作用于表面的應(yīng)力，并延長滾動疲勞壽命。
