(1) Before installing the linear guide, be sure to remove the burrs, dirt and surface scars on the mechanical installation surface. Before the formal installation, the linear slide rails are coated with anti rust oil. Before installation, please clean the reference surface with cleaning oil before installation. Generally, after the anti rust oil is removed, the reference surface is easy to rust. Therefore, it is recommended to apply lubricating oil with lower viscosity for the main shaft.

（2）將主軌輕輕安置在床臺上，使用側向固定螺絲或其他固定治具使線軌與側向安裝面輕輕貼合。安裝使用前要確認螺絲孔是否吻合，假設底座加工孔不吻合又強行鎖緊螺栓，會大大影響到組合精度與使用品質。

(2) The main rail is gently placed on the bed, and the lateral fixing screw or other fixing fixture is used to make the line rail fit with the lateral mounting surface gently. Before installation and use, it is necessary to confirm whether the screw holes match. Assuming that the base machining holes do not match and the bolts are forced to be locked, the combination accuracy and use quality will be greatly affected.

（3）由遠端向近端按順序將滑軌的定位螺絲稍微旋緊，使軌道與垂直安裝面稍微貼合。垂直基準面稍微旋緊后，加強側向基準面的鎖緊力，使主軌可以確實貼合側向基準面。

(3) From the far end to the near end, slightly tighten the positioning screws of the slide rail in order to make the rail fit slightly with the vertical installation surface. After the vertical datum plane is slightly tightened, the locking force of the lateral datum plane is strengthened, so that the main rail can really fit the lateral datum plane.

（4）使用扭力扳手，依照各種材質鎖緊扭矩將滑軌之定位螺絲慢慢旋緊。安裝滑軌時請按照平臺材質及固定螺絲的型號選用鎖緊扭矩，請使用扭力扳手將滑軌螺栓慢慢迫緊。

(4) Use a torque wrench to slowly tighten the set screw of the slide rail according to the locking torque of various materials. When installing the slide rail, please select the locking torque according to the material of the platform and the type of the fixing screw. Please use the torque wrench to slowly tighten the slide rail bolts.

（5）使用相同安裝方式安裝副軌，注意滑座安裝上線性滑軌后，后續許多附屬件由于安裝空間有限無法安裝，一定于此階段將所須附件一并安裝。（附件可能為油嘴、油管接頭、或是防塵系統等）。

(5) Use the same installation method to install the auxiliary rail. Note that after the sliding seat is installed with the linear sliding rail, many subsequent accessories cannot be installed due to the limited installation space. Be sure to install the necessary accessories at this stage（ Accessories may be nozzles, tubing connections, or dust-proof systems, etc.).

（6）輕輕安置移動平臺到主軌與副軌的滑座上。

(6) Gently place the mobile platform on the sliding seat of main rail and auxiliary rail.

（7）先鎖緊移動平臺上的側向迫緊螺絲，安裝定位后將在依照下列順序進行。
