滾珠絲桿導軌滑軌選潤滑脂的技巧

The ball screw includes cage or recirculating ball elements to achieve linear motion. They operate at 90% lower efficiency, have a predictable life, and generate less heat even during long periods of use. They are ideal for 100% duty cycle applications and high speed applications. The tradeoff is the ball screw actuator. If used for vertical applications, braking is required. The recycle ball also produces a lot of audible noise. Ball screw actuators can be preloaded to provide the responsiveness required for the application. In order to reduce the wear of the screw and prolong the service life of the screw, it is very necessary to make reasonable lubrication protection for the screw.

滾珠絲桿的潤滑可選潤滑脂或潤滑油方式,而潤滑方法大致分為手動潤滑與自動強制潤滑兩種,可依照系統的運行速度,使用環境等需求做適合的選擇有的環境可以使用鉬系等固體材料作為潤滑劑。
Ball screw can be lubricated by grease or lubricating oil, and the lubrication method can be roughly divided into manual lubrication and automatic forced lubrication. The suitable choice can be made according to the running speed of the system and the use environment. Some environments can use solid materials such as molybdenum series as lubricating agent.
通過油潤滑,應用條件足以形成彈性流體動力學(EHD)潤滑膜也是關重要的。該薄膜將承載滾珠與滾道分開,防止金屬與金屬接觸。確定潤滑膜是否有三個主要條件:潤滑劑的粘度,螺桿的速度以及滾珠和滾道之間的壓力。由于速度對EHD潤滑的影響,低速應用通常需要潤滑脂,在邊界潤滑(主要是金屬與金屬的接觸)或混合潤滑(金屬與金屬的接觸和組合)的條件下提供更好的潤滑支持。
Through oil lubrication, it is also essential that the application conditions are sufficient to form an EHD lubricating film. The film separates the bearing ball from the raceway to prevent metal to metal contact. There are three main conditions to determine whether the lubricating film is formed: the viscosity of the lubricant, the speed of the screw and the pressure between the ball and the raceway. Due to the influence of speed on EHD lubrication, grease is usually required for low-speed applications to provide better lubrication support under boundary lubrication (mainly metal to metal contact) or mixed lubrication (metal to metal contact and combination).
