直線導軌的工作原理和防塵防銹清潔

直線導軌又稱線軌、滑軌、線性導軌、線性滑軌,用于高精或高速直線往復運動場合,且可以承擔一定的扭矩,可在高負載的情況下實現高精度的直線運動。在大陸稱直線導軌,臺灣一般稱線性導軌,線性滑軌。直線導軌可分為:滾輪直線導軌,圓柱直線導軌,滾珠直線導軌,三種,是用來支撐和引導運動部件,按給定的方向做往復直線運動。依按摩擦性質而定,直線運動導軌可以分為滑動摩擦導軌、滾動摩擦導軌、彈性摩擦導軌、流體摩擦導軌等種類。
Linear guide rail, also known as line rail, slide rail, linear guide rail and linear slide rail, is used for high-precision or high-speed linear reciprocating motion, and can bear a certain torque, and can realize high-precision linear motion under high load. In mainland China, it is called linear guideway, while in Taiwan, it is called linear guideway. Linear guide can be divided into: roller linear guide, cylindrical linear guide, ball linear guide, three, is used to support and guide moving parts, according to the given direction to do reciprocating linear motion. According to the nature of friction, linear motion guide can be divided into sliding friction guide, rolling friction guide, elastic friction guide, fluid friction guide and so on.
直線導軌運動的作用是用來支撐和引導運動部件,按給定的方向做往復直線運動。依按摩擦性質而定,直線運動導軌可以分為滑動摩擦導軌、滾動摩擦導軌、彈性摩擦導軌、流體摩擦導軌等種類。 直線軸承主要用在自動化機械上比較多,像德國進口的機床,折彎機,激光焊接機等等,當然直線軸承和直線軸是配套用的。像直線導軌主要是用在精度要求比較高的機械結構上,直線導軌的移動元件和固定元件之間不用中間介質,而用滾動鋼球。

The function of linear guide motion is to support and guide the moving parts to do reciprocating linear motion in a given direction. According to the nature of friction, linear motion guide can be divided into sliding friction guide, rolling friction guide, elastic friction guide, fluid friction guide and so on. Linear bearings are mainly used in automation machinery, such as machine tools imported from Germany, bending machines, laser welding machines and so on. Of course, linear bearings and linear shafts are used together. For example, the linear guide is mainly used in the mechanical structure with high precision requirements, and the rolling steel ball is used instead of the intermediate medium between the moving element and the fixed element of the linear guide.
導軌、直線軸作為設備的核心部件之一,它的功用是起導向和支承作用。為了保證機器有較高的加工精度,要求其導軌、直線具有較高的導向精度和良好的運動平穩性。設備在運行過程中,由于被加工件在加工中會產生大量的腐蝕性粉塵和煙霧,基這些煙霧和粉塵長期大量沉積于導軌、直線軸表面,對設備的加工精度有很大影響,并且會在導軌直線軸表面形成蝕點,縮短設備使用壽命。為了讓機器正常穩定工作,確保產品的加工質量,要認真做好導軌、直線軸的日常維護。注意:清潔導軌請準備——干棉布、潤滑油。
As one of the core parts of the equipment, guide rail and linear axis play a guiding and supporting role. In order to ensure the high machining accuracy of the machine, its guide rail and straight line are required to have high guiding accuracy and good motion stability. During the operation of the equipment, a large amount of corrosive dust and smoke will be produced during the processing of the processed parts. These smoke and dust will be deposited on the surface of the guide rail and linear axis for a long time, which has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment, and will form corrosion spots on the surface of the linear axis of the guide rail, thus shortening the service life of the equipment. In order to make the machine work normally and stably, and ensure the processing quality of the product, we should do a good job in the daily maintenance of the guide rail and linear axis. Note: please prepare dry cotton cloth and lubricating oil for cleaning guide rail.
雕刻機的導軌分為直線導軌、滾輪導軌。直線導軌的清潔:把激光頭移動到右側(或左側),找到直線導軌,用干棉布擦拭直到光亮無塵,再加上少許潤滑油(可采用縫紉機油,切勿使用機油),將激光頭左右慢慢推動幾次,讓潤滑油均勻分布即可。滾輪導軌的清潔:把橫梁移動到內側,打開機器兩側端蓋,找到導軌,用干棉布把兩側導軌與滾輪接觸的地方擦拭干凈,再移動橫梁,把剩余地方清潔干凈。
The guide rail of engraving machine is divided into linear guide rail and roller guide rail. Cleaning of linear guide: first move the laser head to the right side (or left side), find the linear guide, wipe it with dry cotton cloth until it is bright and dust-free, then add a little lubricating oil (sewing machine oil can be used, do not use engine oil), and slowly push the laser head left and right for several times to evenly distribute the lubricating oil. Cleaning of roller guide: move the crossbeam to the inside, open the end covers on both sides of the machine, find the guide rail, wipe the contact between the guide rail on both sides and the roller with dry cotton cloth, and then move the crossbeam to clean the rest.
