導軌絲杠的運轉(zhuǎn)方式是怎樣的?

盡管導軌系統(tǒng)的形式是多種多樣的,但工作性質(zhì)都是相同的,機床工作部件在指定導軌系統(tǒng)上移動,尤如火車沿著鐵軌在指定的方向上行駛。無論是機床導軌還是鐵路上的鐵軌,都是體現(xiàn)如下三種基本功能:

(1)為承載體的運動導向

(3)把火車的運動或機床的切削所產(chǎn)生的力傳到地基或床身上,減少由此產(chǎn)生的沖擊對乘客和被動加工零件的影響。

沿導軌系統(tǒng)的運動,大多數(shù)為直線運動,也有少數(shù)為弧線運動。本文討論的是直線導軌系統(tǒng)。當然,直線導軌的很多技術(shù)可以直接應用弧形導軌。

導軌為什么被稱為“系統(tǒng)”呢?這是因為導軌系統(tǒng)的工作包含著若干元件的同時工作,基本的元件為一個運動元件和一個固定元件。運動元件的形式有多種多樣,以后將予以詳細介紹,固定元件一般為道軌式,它是導軌精度的保證,如果導軌彎曲變形,運動元件或滑動元件便失去的導向。
