(1) 在安裝直線導(dǎo)軌前要仔細(xì)檢查清理掉安裝機(jī)械工作臺面上的毛刺和污垢。因直線導(dǎo)軌上涂有防銹油，安裝前請用洗凈油將其擦拭干凈后再安裝。防銹油除掉后的基準(zhǔn)面容易生銹，涂抹粘度低的主軸用潤滑油。

(1) Before installing the linear guide rail, carefully check and remove the burr and dirt on the working table of the installation machine. Since the linear guide rail is coated with antirust oil, please clean it with cleaning oil before installation. It is recommended to apply lubricating oil with low viscosity for spindle.

(2) 將直線導(dǎo)軌輕輕地放置于底座上后，不完全鎖緊裝配螺栓使直線導(dǎo)軌與安裝面輕輕地靠緊。(底座的橫向基準(zhǔn)面要與直線導(dǎo)軌有標(biāo)記線的一側(cè)對上。請使用干凈的裝配螺栓來固定直線導(dǎo)軌。同時，在將裝配螺栓插入直線導(dǎo)軌的安裝孔時，要事先確認(rèn)螺栓孔是否吻合。如果孔不吻合而強(qiáng)行擰入螺栓，則會降低精度。

(2) After the linear guide rail is gently placed on the base, the assembly bolt is not fully locked so that the linear guide rail and the installation surface are slightly close. (the transverse datum plane of the base shall be aligned with the side with the marked line of the linear guide rail. Please use clean assembly bolts to fix the linear guide. At the same time, when inserting the assembly bolt into the mounting hole of the linear guide, it is necessary to confirm whether the bolt holes match in advance. If the holes do not match and the bolt is forced in, the accuracy will be reduced.

(3) 按順序?qū)⒅本€導(dǎo)軌的止動螺絲擰緊，使軌道與橫向安裝面緊靠。使用扭矩扳手，將裝配螺栓按規(guī)定的扭矩擰緊。直線導(dǎo)軌裝配螺栓的擰緊順序是，從位置開始向軸端部按順序擰緊，這樣可獲得穩(wěn)定的精度。

(3) Tighten the stop screws of the linear guide rail in order to make the track close to the transverse mounting surface. Use a torque wrench to tighten the assembly bolts to the specified torque. The tightening sequence of the assembly bolts of the linear guide rail is from the central position to the end of the shaft in order to obtain stable accuracy.

(4) 其余的直線導(dǎo)軌也按同樣的方法安裝，直到安裝全部完成。

(4) The other linear guide rails shall be installed in the same way until the installation is completed.

(5) 將孔蓋打入裝配螺栓孔，直到與直線導(dǎo)軌的頂面為同一平面為止。

(5) Drive the hole cover into the assembly bolt hole until it is in the same plane with the top surface of the linear guide.
