導軌絲杠作用是什么?

由于該絲杠為單件生產,要求較高,故加工工藝過程嚴格按照工序劃分階段的原則,將整個工藝過程分為五個階段:準備和預先熱處理階段,粗加工階段,半精加工階段,精加工階段,終加工階段。

1、傳統的內螺紋檢測都是用螺紋塞規、螺紋校對量規對中徑進行綜合測量。也就是按照螺紋檢測的泰勒原則要求,用通規和止規分別控制螺紋的作用中徑和單一中徑不超過大、小實際邊界。但這種方法只能判斷螺紋是否合格,而給不出被測單一中徑和作用中徑的實際值,因此在內螺紋的加工制造過程中,不易掌握具體尺寸導向,容易產生廢品。

2、為了保證螺紋工作環規的可靠性,生產中要配備好幾種校對量規對其校對。這對于生產批量不是很大,而品種規格多的螺紋件的生產,是很不經濟的。在這種情況下,用中徑量化法檢測,取代螺紋校對規無疑是種好方法。特別是對于大尺寸的螺紋,更可以節省較貴的校對量規,也更為有利。
